Biggest single leak
We couldn’t reach that address. Check the spelling, orbook a call and we’ll look at it together.
What we keep finding · updated August 28, 2026
The single most common problem, by a distance: ai search readiness. It is the biggest leak on 531 of the 674 sites we have scanned — usually because there is no llms.txt and no FAQ schema, so ChatGPT and Perplexity have nothing of yours to quote.
What we take off your plate
We do not sell you a tool and wish you luck. We build the thing, wire it into what you already use, and stay on it until it runs without you.
The calls nobody picks up
Answered, written down, and booked into your calendar — including at 9pm on a Sunday.
The quote sitting in your inbox
Drafted from your own pricing and sent while the job is still warm.
Typing the same job twice
Filled in once. Your CRM, your calendar and your invoicing all get it.
The follow-up you forgot
Sent on a schedule you set, in your words, until they reply or tell you to stop.
Chasing people for paperwork
Reminders that go out on their own and stop the moment the form comes back.
Not knowing what is working
One weekly note: what came in, what got booked, what it earned.
How it works
01
A short call and a look at your website, your inbox and your calendar. We come back with the three jobs costing you the most hours, ranked, in writing.
Week one
02
The first one gets built and runs alongside your current way of working. Nothing is switched off until you have watched it handle real work.
Weeks two to three
03
It runs in accounts you control. You get the workflows, the settings and the notes, written plainly enough that any developer could pick it up.
Yours from day one
Sixty seconds

The part nobody else puts in writing
Everything we build runs in accounts you control. You keep the workflows, the settings and the written notes. It ships documented well enough that any competent developer could take it over tomorrow. No lock-in, ever.
Pricing
Most of our work lands between C$10,000 and C$50,000 to build. Below is how that splits up, and what makes a quote go up — so nothing surprises you later.
From C$6,500
Live in 5–10 working days
One automation, built and running. The missed-call handler, the quote sender, the follow-up sequence — whichever the scan says is costing you most.
Best if you know exactly what is broken.
C$12,000 – C$25,000
Live in about 3 weeks
Three or four jobs wired together so a lead goes from first contact to booked and invoiced without anyone re-typing it. Includes the weekly numbers note.
Best if the work is falling between people.
C$500 – C$1,500 / month
Rolling, cancel any time
We watch it, fix it when something upstream changes, and add to it as you grow. Optional — everything we build works without it.
Best once there is something to look after.
We quote a fixed price and a go-live date before starting. If we get either wrong, that is our problem, not a change order.
Who you are dealing with

I am Fraser Young, the founder, based in Edmonton. Here is the deal: the person who looks at your business, sets the fixed price, and names the go-live date is the same person who picks up when something breaks after launch. No account managers. No ticket queue.
I started this because I kept watching service businesses lose real money to work a machine should be doing — missed calls, follow-ups that never went out, the same numbers typed into three systems. The big consultancies will not take that work. The course-sellers will not finish it. Somebody local should.
However big a job gets, one person stays on the hook for the whole of it — the quote, the go-live date, and the phone call when something breaks. And if the scan says your setup is fine, I will tell you that and leave you alone.

Questions and answers
We check your website against 24 signals across six areas: speed, security, search, mobile, content and whether AI assistants can read you. You see most of it here in about six seconds. The full report is a PDF in your inbox in about 90 seconds. It is yours to keep and act on, whether or not you ever hire us.
By hours, not by what is easiest to build. We look at where the same work is being done more than once a day, what happens after hours, and where things get dropped between people. Then we rank it and show you the list. You pick.
No. We fill the gaps between the tools you have. Your phone system, your CRM, your booking calendar and your bookkeeper all stay. If a job needs something you do not have, we will say so before we quote.
Anything it is not sure about goes to a person instead of guessing. You set the line. For the first stretch it runs beside your current way of working so you can watch it handle real jobs before anything is switched off.
Those are wiring kits you operate. This is the work being done. We build it, run it, and stay responsible for it. If you would rather own the wiring yourself, we will tell you that and point you at the cheaper option.
You can, and some of the businesses we scan do exactly that. The difference shows up in month three, when a tool changes and the thing quietly stops working. We build in accounts you own, document it, and stay responsible for keeping it running. If you enjoy tinkering, doing it yourself is genuinely cheaper. If you would rather never think about it, that is what we are for.
One job starts at about C$6,500 and is usually live in five to ten working days. A connected back office runs C$12,000 to C$25,000 and takes about three weeks. Ongoing support is optional at C$500 to C$1,500 a month. The full pricing, including what makes a quote go up, is on this page.
We are based in Edmonton, Alberta and most of our work is in the province, which means we can come and sit in your office. The work itself does not need us in the room, so we take clients anywhere in Canada.
